Good morning, friends! How is it already Tuesday?! Yesterday was one of those days that totally got away from me – sometimes there are just not enough hours in the day, are there?
You know what’s crazy? It’s July but it feels like October. It’s crisp, cool, and breezy in DC today – what a treat!

My friend Ashley and I celebrated with a morning run date. My 6:30 a.m. alarm came way too quickly, but even though I felt sluggish out there today the fresh cool air was amazing.

On the food front, I treated myself to a quick dinner at Sweetgreen last night after a great evening class at Edge Yoga with my friend Karen. I needed to hit the grocery store and doing that while starving is always an epic fail that results in a super random assortment of impulse purchases, so I decided to avoid that whole situation.
