Hello my friends – I missed you! Matt and I got back from Italy last night. I can’t believe how quickly our trip went by!
I’m bummed our Italian adventure is over, but it’s really nice to be home, too. 
I made myself my favorite breakfast this morning – my Flour Free High Protein Breakfast Pancake. After 10 days of bread, pasta, cheese, wine, and cured meats, it will be great to get back to healthy eating again!
I have a mountain of emails to go through so I’d better get to it. Stay tuned – I’ll be back to share all sorts of Italy adventure recap posts! I took approximately a million photos and I can’t wait to share them.
What’s your favorite “I was just on vacation and can’t wait for vegetables and healthy food again” recipe? I’d love some new simple meal ideas for this week!
