We cooked lean ground turkey with homemade taco seasoning, heated up some whole wheat tortillas, and assembled all sorts of fun toppings – avocado, tomato, red pepper, chopped spinach, cheese, and of course hot sauce and salsa Image may be NSFW.

Since we all know I heart leftovers, I turned the remaining ground turkey and toppings into a huge salad for lunch yesterday at school!
